By accessing and using the Utkal Office SaaS Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Use of the system indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Utkal Nexgen provides businesses with a premium CRM and SaaS platform to manage calling staff, organize client interactions, and use communication templates via email and WhatsApp.Note: We do not provide bulk WhatsApp messaging services. Our services are strictly designed for professional template-based CRM communications.
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or privacy laws).
A valid payment method is required for paying subscriptions. The Service is billed in advance on a subscription basis and is non-refundable (please refer to our Refund Policy for details). We use secure third-party gateways like Razorpay for payment processing.
Utkal Nexgen reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
