You may cancel your subscription to the Utkal Office SaaS platform at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your prepaid billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS offering and the immediate availability of premium platform resources upon subscription activation, all fees paid for subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods, or for periods where the account remains active but unused.
In rare cases, such as duplicate charges caused by system errors or billing issues, we will investigate the matter thoroughly. If a billing error is confirmed on our end, a refund for the duplicate charge will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Utkal Nexgen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions. In such cases of severe policy violation, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription duration.
